when blogging is a place to meet someone new.

when blogging is a place to share our experiences.

but, this new generation of bloggers only care about increasing traffic and monetizing.

Single or Taken

I always divided my friends into two groups.

The Singles

The Taken

Single friends are much more fun to hang out with because they have:

1. Freedom
2. Free time and
3. they are ready to do anything

Everytime I have spontaneous, wild and crazy plans obviously I will invite the singles first.

Taken friends have the tendency to reject your invitition because they are

1. not allowed by their significant other(s) to go out or
2. they have date with their significant other(s)

However, please expect the taken friends to suddenly pop up in your life. This will happen when they have

1. a silly fight with the significant other,
2. a serious fight with the significant other, and
3. they are being neglected or
4. they just broke up

Your roles as a friend when the above situations happen are to:

1. offer sympathy
2. lend an ear for their problems
3. give appropriate feedback
4. say things like 'he is a jerk anyway'
5. take them out for some fun
6. accompany them for binge eating specially ice cream and chocolate
7. be a relationship therapist
8. provide tissues
9. be the messenger when they are in the process of being together again
10. be neglected when they are love birds again

Melancholy

There are times in 24 hours of a day.

I will have absolutely nothing to do.

Recollecting memories.

Regretting few silly choices.

Reminiscence of my innocent years.

Life is a cumulative of decisions.

Wishing there are parallel universe;

where a happier version me,

living live to the fullest.

Why Examination Exist in This Beautiful World?

Examination exist because god want us to enjoy procrastination.

Procrastination is the best experience ever.

1. It will give you temptation to rewatch movie you already watched.


2. You suddenly have the determination to finish seasons of TV series you never had chance to finish before.


3. Food will taste better especially when you have to travel to eat them.


4. PC games such as minesweeper of solitaire will be as interesting as SIMS or DOTA.


5. Sleeping is a real pleasure.


6. You suddenly feel internet is not boring again.


7. You suddenly have so many ideas to update your blog.
   

Try to do all the 7 things above after the exams, it will not be as pleasurable as before the exams. Trust me.

Writer's Block

I spent my time playing sims 2, re-read the book collection and re-watching movies. Nothing much happened around me.

Currently, I am playing the second generation of my favourite family in sims, the York. His name is New York, his parents are Henry and Charlotte York (yes, inspired by charlotte in Sex and the City). He currently studying at La Academia University in Desiderata Velley neighbourhood, major in History. He's living with a girl named Heather, he is madly in love with her but Heather secretly afraid to engage to New.

Since my last update, I re-read the Twenties Girl by Sophie Kinsella, I think this is her best novel so far. I love the novel so much and I am so into 20's fashion at the moment. Don't blame me for wearing furs at random time. I am just so into the book. On the other hand, I noticed I read a lot of book about China. Especially the tale of those extraordinary women who never stop believing there are better future for chinese women.

Well, the most exciting event happened this few weeks was my class won the talentime organized by the TESL group. It was a musical and this is my first attempt to write a musical play. It was fun and we laugh all the way for 12 minutes, the audience also had a good time. We sang I Have A Dream and we mimed Dancing Queen, 16 going on 17, Mama Mia, Honey-Honey and So Long Farewell.

I think I should upload the video soon, when I feel like it.

I am so sorry for this random update. I will think and write of something less boring in the future.

Chinese Zodiac Sign - Ox

I am in the middle of a book, Shanghai Girls.

One of the character in this book have an ox sign. The book describe the ox as a person who capable of great sacrifices for his family welfare, that he'll pull his own load and more, he may be as plain and serviceable as beast of burden the emulates, he is forever worth his weight in gold, he won't abandon you in times of trouble, he'll stick by you faithfully, he is charitable and good.

I hope I am as good as what my sign shoud be.
